Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency non-contact power supply device that can detect metal foreign matters with high precision.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply device 11 has a first coil 13, a second coil 15 disposed above the first coil 13 so as to confront the first coil 13, a thermal conductor 17 formed on the upper surface of the first coil 13, a first non-contact temperature detector 19 as a non-contact temperature detector which is disposed at at least one end portion of the first coil 13 or the second coil 15 and detects the temperature T of the thermal conductor 17, and a power controller 21 that is electrically connected to the first coil 13, the second coil 15 and the first non-contact temperature detector 19. When the temperature T detected by the first non-contact temperature detector 19 exceeds a prescribed temperature Tk during execution of power transmission between the first coil 13 and the second coil 15, the power controller 21 determines that a metal foreign material exists in the first coil 13. 【課題】金属異物を高精度に検知できる高効率な非接触給電装置の提供。【解決手段】非接触給電装置11は、第1コイル13と、第1コイル13の上側に対向して配される第2コイル15と、第1コイル13の上面に形成される熱伝導体17と、第1コイル13、または第2コイル15の少なくとも一方の端部に配され、熱伝導体17の温度Tを検出する非接触温度検出器である、第1非接触温度検出器19と、第1コイル13、第2コイル15、および第1非接触温度検出器19と電気的に接続される電力制御部21と、を備える。そして、電力制御部21は、第1コイル13と第2コイル15との間で電力伝送を行っている際に、第1非接触温度検出器19で検出される温度Tが既定温度Tkを超えれば、第1コイル13に金属異物が存在すると判断する。【選択図】図1
