Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for a windmill which suppresses a fluctuating load due to self-weight and in which vibration hardly occurs in a windmill even when an outer skin is formed by fiber-reinforced plastic.SOLUTION: A blade 1 for a windmill includes: a mounting part 11 mounted on a rotary shaft of a windmill; and a blade part 12 extending from the mounting part 11. The blade part 12 and the mounting part 11 include an outer skin 15 which is integrally molded by fiber-reinforced plastic in which the reinforcing fiber is impregnated with synthetic resin so that an internal space S is formed. The outer skin 15 is configured in such a manner that a plurality of fiber-reinforced plastic layers 15A, 15B, 15C made of fiber-reinforced plastic are laminated in a thickness direction of the outer skin 15. The density of the reinforcing fiber contained in the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 15C on an inner wall surface 12a side of the outer skin 15 of the blade part 12 is higher than the density of the reinforcing fiber in the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 15C on an outer wall surface 12b side of the outer skin 15 of the blade part 12. 【課題】繊維強化プラスチックにより外皮を形成した場合であっても、自重による変動荷重を抑え、風車に振動が生じ難い風車用ブレードを提供する。【解決手段】風車用ブレード1は、風車の回転軸に取付けられる取付け部11と、取付け部11から延在した羽根部12とを備えている。羽根部12および取付け部11は、内部空間Sが形成されるように、強化繊維に合成樹脂が含浸された繊維強化プラスチックで一体的に成形された外皮15を備えている。外皮15は、外皮15の厚さ方向に、繊維強化プラスチックからなる複数の繊維強化プラスチック層15A,15B,15Cが積層された構造である。羽根部12の外皮15の内壁面12a側の繊維強化プラスチック層15Cに含まれる強化繊維の密度は、羽根部12の外皮15の外壁面12b側の繊維強化プラスチック層15Cの強化繊維の密度に比べて高い。【選択図】図4
