Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plated steel sheet having appearance of less surface roughness and less glossiness.SOLUTION: Gas phase including oxygen of 40% in cubic volume, and water or water solution, are sprayed by a two-fluid nozzle on a surface of a plating layer which is not solidified, after adjusting coating weight of hot dip plating. By using this method, a plated steel sheet is formed on a surface of a plating layer of a hot dip Zn-based plated steel sheet which has a surface rough shape of 60 degree glossiness specified in JISZ8741 of less than 150, and a maximum roughness specified in JISB0601('01) of less than 10 μm, and which includes Mg:0.2 to 6.0 mass% and Al:1.0 to 22.0 mass%, and a remainder is composed of Zn and an inevitable impurity. 【課題】より表面の粗さが小さく、かつ光沢度の低い外観を有するめっき鋼板の提供。【解決手段】溶融めっき付着量の調整後、まだ凝固していないめっき層の表面に、酸素を40体積%以上含む気体と、水又は水溶液を、2流体ノズルを用いて噴霧する方法を用いて、JIS Z 8741に規定される60度鏡面光沢度が150未満で、かつJIS B 0601('01)に規定される最大粗さが10μm未満となる表面凹凸形状を有し、Mg:0.2〜6.0質量%,Al:1.0〜22.0質量%を含有し残部がZn及び不可避的不純物からなる防眩性溶融Zn基めっき鋼板のめっき層表面上に形成することによって達成される。【選択図】なし
