PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-fluid atomizer capable of efficiently pulverizing water droplet with a small amount of compressed air and to provide an out-door unit of airconditioning equipment, provided with the two-fluid atomizer.SOLUTION: A two-fluid atomizer includes: a first channel 10 through which gas-liquid mixed water prepared by mixing water and air flows; a second channel 20 into which gas-liquid mixed water flows from the first channel 10; and a nozzle 3 on which one or a plurality of ejection holes 30 for ejecting the gas-liquid mixed water flowing-in from the second channel 20 are provided. The nozzle 3 has a tip surface with which the gas-liquid mixed water flowing through the second channel 20 comes into collision. The second channel 20 contains a large diameter part 21 having an inner diameter larger than an inner diameter of the first channel 10. A length L1 in the axial direction of the first channel 10 is larger than a length L2 in the axial direction of the second channel 20. 【課題】水滴を少ない圧縮空気の量で効率よく微粒化することができる二流体噴霧器及びこれを備えた空気調和装置の室外機を提供する。【解決手段】二流体噴霧器は、水と空気とを混合した気液混合水が流れる第１流路１０と、第１流路１０から気液混合水が流入する第２流路２０と、第２流路２０から流入する気液混合水を噴出する１つ又は複数の噴出孔３０とが設けられたノズル３を備える。ノズル３は、第２流路２０を流れる気液混合水が衝突する先端面を有する。第２流路２０は、第１流路１０の内径よりも大きな内径を有する大径部２１を含む。第１流路１０の軸方向の長さＬ１は、第２流路２０の軸方向の長さＬ２よりも大きい。【選択図】図４
