Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user determination device capable of determining always, whether or not a user is a regular user, for enhancing security.SOLUTION: A user determination device comprises: a first user determination part 102 for determining whether or not a user is a regular user, based on input information which is inputted to a personal computer 10 by keyboard operation; and an alarm output control part 110 for outputting an alarm output command, when it is determined that the user is not a regular user. The first user determination part 102 collects pieces of input information which are inputted by the keyboard operation by the user, detects character information based on the input information, and determines based on a detection number of the character information. The character information includes tendency of a way of Roman character input, tendency of a way of addition of kana added after a Chinese character in kanji conversion, and operation tendency of plural kinds of shortcut keys. 【課題】現状の利用者が正規利用者であるか否かを、常時、判定することによって、セキュリティを強化することを実現した利用者判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】キーボード操作によってパソコン10に入力される入力情報に基づいて、現状の利用者が正規の利用者であるか否かを判定する第1利用者判定部102と、第1利用者判定部102が、現状の利用者が正規の利用者でないと判定した場合に、警報出力命令を出力する警報出力制御部110と、を備え、第1利用者判定部102は、現状の利用者のキーボード操作によって入力された入力情報を収集し、その入力情報から特徴情報を検出し、特徴情報の検出回数に基づいて判定を行い、特徴情報は、ローマ字入力の仕方の傾向と、漢字変換における送り仮名の付し方の傾向と、複数種類のショートカットキーの操作傾向と、を含む。【選択図】図1
