Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mirror which maintains practical strength, and is extremely light.SOLUTION: Provided is a resin mirror having a reflection mirror face and is formed by laminating a mirror film having a metal layer to a composite molding. The composite molding is formed of plural resin foam small pieces and thermosetting resin cured objects, in which, in each space between the resin foam small pieces, thermosetting resin cured object is formed. A volume fraction of the thermosetting resin cured object in the composite molding is 3-30 volume%, and an average value (Wa) of surface waviness which is measured by JIS B0601(2013) on a surface of the resin mirror, is equal to or less than 3 μm, and an average value (Ra) of surface roughness is equal to or less than 2 μm.
【課題】実用的な強度を維持しつつ、極めて軽量な樹脂鏡を提供する。【解決手段】複合成形体に、金属層を有するミラーフィルムを積層した、反射鏡面を有する樹脂鏡であって、前記複合成形体が、複数の樹脂発泡小片と、熱硬化性樹脂硬化物とからなり、前記樹脂発泡小片間に熱硬化性樹脂硬化物が形成されており、前記複合成形体中の熱硬化性樹脂硬化物の体積分率が3〜30体積%であり、前記樹脂鏡の表面における、JIS B0601(2013)により測定される表面うねりの平均値(Wa)が3μm以下であり、かつ表面粗さの平均値(Ra)が2μm以下であることを特徴とする樹脂鏡。【選択図】図1 |
