Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation that can appropriately predict the deterioration of an exterior material in accordance with a district and can show a display of the deterioration degree to general residents.SOLUTION: The simulation system includes: means 2 for determining a deterioration curve a showing the relationship between the age and the color deterioration degree due to the deterioration of an exterior material in each district; means 3 for receiving and storing the information related to the address of a construction place and the construction age; means 4 for receiving and storing the information of a color measured value of the exterior material; means 5 for determining the color deterioration degree on the basis of the color measured value; and means 7 for determining the district for the deterioration degree on the basis of the address of the construction place, selecting the deterioration curve, determining the position of a current point on the basis of the deterioration degree and the construction age, and predicting the deterioration. 【課題】 外装材の劣化の予測を地域に応じて適切に行うことができ、また劣化の程度の表示を一般の居住者に分かりやすく示すことができるシミュレーションを提供する。【解決手段】 地域毎に外装材の劣化による色の劣化の程度と経年の関係を示す劣化曲線aを定めた手段2を設ける。建設地の住所、築年数に係る情報が入力されて記憶する手段3と、外装材の色実測値の情報が入力されて記憶する手段4とを設ける。色実測値から色の劣化の程度を求める手段5を設ける。建設地の住所から劣化の程度の地域を特定して前記劣化曲線を選択し、どの位置に現在点があるかを、前記劣化の程度と築年数とから求めて劣化の予測をする手段7を設ける。【選択図】 図1
