PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral care composition which spreads to all corners in an oral cavity, has enhanced drug persistence in the oral cavity, and has high safety.SOLUTION: An oral care composition usable even to the oral cavity weak can reach interstice sites in an oral cavity because the viscosity of the composition is sufficiently low when applying into the oral cavity by using a liposomal suspension having interaction with a saliva component; can make a sufficient amount of the composition remain at the reached interstice sites because the viscosity of the composition is increased by the interaction with the saliva component; and can continuously exhibit an effect of a useful component by making a liposome contain the useful component; as well as can achieve an oral hygiene care of a high level because of also having high safety. 【課題】口腔内の隅々にまでいきわたり、かつ口腔内での薬剤残留性を高めた安全性の高いオーラルケア組成物の提供。【解決手段】唾液成分と相互作用を有するリポソーム懸濁液を用いることにより、口腔内に適用する時は組成物の粘度が十分に低いために口腔内の峡間部位に十分に到達でき、唾液成分と相互作用を起こして組成物の粘度が高くなるので、到達した峡間部位において十分な量の組成物を残留させることができ、かつリポソームに有用成分を包含させることにより有用成分の効果を持続的に発揮させることが可能し、高い安全性も有するため、高い口腔衛生ケアを実現させることのできる口腔弱者に対しても使用可能なオーラルケア組成物。【選択図】なし
