Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a shaped article, allowing for improvement in accuracy and strength of a shaped article produced by a rapid prototyping method utilizing a resin material, and allowing for improvement in adhesiveness of a coating material and strength of coating .SOLUTION: The production method of a shaped article related to the present invention is a method for producing a shaped article by utilizing a resin material for a part of a material or a step and stacking unit layers obtained by separating the shaped article into N-pieces of layers while sequentially forming the unit layers from the first layer to the n-th layer. A surface of one unit layer or surfaces of a plurality of unit layers are polished and electric discharge processing is performed on the polished surface of one unit layer or the surfaces of the plurality of unit layers after one unit layer or the plurality of unit layers has been formed and before a subsequent unit layer is formed. 【課題】樹脂材料を利用した積層造形法によって製造される造形物の精度および強度を向上でき、また塗料の密着性や塗装の強度を向上できる造形物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る造形物の製造方法は、材料または工程の一部に樹脂材料を利用し、造形物をN個の層に分離した単位層を第1層から第N層まで順番に形成しながら積み重ねることによって造形物を製造する方法であって、1つまたは複数の単位層を形成し終えた後、次の単位層を形成し始める前に、前記1つまたは複数の単位層の表面を研磨し、研磨された前記1つまたは複数の単位層の表面に放電処理することを特徴とする。【選択図】図5
