Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a ceramic sinter body, which solves a problem relating to a joint failure of a joint face in a conventional insert molding method, and which is used in casting a mold with a hollow structure, such as a turbine blade that has a complicated cooling hole in it, and to provide a ceramic sinter body.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a ceramic sintered body comprises the steps of: forming a molded-body element using a molding material containing ceramic powder and binder; arranging at least molded-body element into a mold, injecting the molding material containing the ceramic powder and binder into the mold, and forming a ceramic molded body in which a graft molded-body element is graft molded to the molded-body element; and forming a ceramic sinter body by defatting and sintering the ceramic molded-body. Before graft molding, the temperature of the molded-body element is increased in a range lower than the fusing point of the binder by 5°C or more from 32°C. A ceramic sinter body has fracture morphology in which forcible fracture morphology by bending at room temperatures in the manufacturing method does not result in a graft joint face. 【課題】従来のインサート成形法の接合面の接合不良に係る課題を解決し、内部に複雑な冷却孔を有するタービン翼などの中空構造を有する鋳物の鋳造に用いるセラミック焼結体の製造方法およびセラミック焼結体を提供する。【解決手段】セラミック粉末とバインダを含む成形材料を用いて成形体要素を形成する工程、成形体要素を少なくとも一つ型内に配置し、型内にセラミック粉末とバインダを含む成形材料を射出し、成形体要素にグラフト成形体要素をグラフト成形したセラミック成形体を形成する工程、セラミック成形体を脱脂焼結してセラミック焼結体を形成する工程を含み、グラフト成形する前に、成形体要素の温度を32℃からバインダの融点よりも5℃以上低い温度の範囲で高めておくセラミック焼結体の製造方法。その製法による、常温曲げの強制破壊形態がグラフト接合面に起因しない破壊形態であるセラミック焼結体。【選択図】図2
