The detection device includes: a detection unit for detecting environmental information indicating the state of a surrounding environment; and an output unit for outputting the environmental information detected by the detection unit. The reading terminal includes: a reading unit for reading out the environmental information output by the output unit; and a transmission unit for transmitting the environmental information read out by the reading unit to the management device. The detection device or the management device includes: a determination unit for determining whether the environmental information exceeds a prescribed threshold value or not; and a notification unit for giving notice according to the result of determination by the determination unit.
