Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of an analyzer performing a step of collecting heated alkaline solution into a glass container, by preventing melting of the glass container due to the alkaline solution.SOLUTION: It becomes possible to prevent melting of glass due to alkaline solution, thereby improving the life of a glass container 11a, by heating and reacting an alkaline solution containing a sample in a reaction chamber 2 and collecting the reacted solution into the glass container 11a communicating with the reaction chamber 2 at a fluid passage P4 to analyze the sample while providing a cooling device 13 on the fluid passage P4 and cooling the solution in the passage P4 by the cooling device 13.
【課題】加熱されたアルカリ溶液をガラス製容器に採取する工程を含む分析装置において、アルカリ溶液によるガラス製容器の溶出を抑制して装置寿命を向上させる。【解決手段】試料を含むアルカリ溶液を反応槽2内で加熱して反応させ、その反応後の溶液を、反応槽2と液流路P4で連通するガラス製容器11aに採取して試料の分析を行うとともに、液流路P4上に冷却装置13を設け、液流路P4を流れる溶液を冷却装置13で冷却することにより、アルカリ溶液によるガラスの溶出を抑制し、ガラス製容器11aの寿命を向上させる。【選択図】図1 |
