Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible device that is superoleophobic, or both superoleophobic and superhydrophobic. for use in an inkjet printer.SOLUTION: A process for producing a flexible device having a superoleophobic surface for use in an inkjet printer comprises: providing a flexible substrate 12; disposing a silicon layer 10 on the flexible substrate 12; using photolithography to create a textured pattern in the silicon layer 10 on the flexible substrate 12, where the textured pattern comprises an array of pillars 16; and chemically modifying the textured surface by disposing a conformal oleophobic coating on the textured surface; thereby producing a flexible device having a superoleophobic surface.
【課題】インクジェットプリンタに用いられる超疎油性、または、超疎油性と超疎水性の両方である可撓性デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】インクジェットプリンタに用いられ、超疎油性表面を備えた可撓性デバイスの製造法は、可撓性基材12を準備する工程と、可撓性基材12の上にシリコン層10を堆積する工程と、フォトリソグラフィを用いて、可撓性基材12の上のシリコン層10に、ピラー16の配列から成る組織化したパターンを形成する工程と、組織化表面上に適合性の疎油性コーティングを堆積させて、前記組織化表面を化学的に修飾する工程と、によって超疎油表面を備えた可撓性デバイスを製造する製造法である。【選択図】図1 |
