Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus of hypochlorous acid water capable of producing hypochlorous acid water having desired production amount and concentration suitable for sterilization, efficiently and safely by a small-sized apparatus; and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A production apparatus of hypochlorous acid water comprises: an electrolytic cell 1 in which a diaphragm does not exist between both electrodes of an anode and a cathode for generating chlorine gas from diluted hydrochloric acid supplied thereto; a storage tank 5 for storing water; a circulation conduit 6 through which water is allowed to flow in from inside the storage tank 5, circulated, and returned into the storage tank 5; and a contamination conduit 8 through which the electrolytic cell 1 is connected to the circulation conduit 6, and chlorine gas from the electrolytic cell 1 is contaminated into water in the circulation conduit 6, to thereby generate hypochlorous acid water. 【課題】殺菌に好適な所望の生成量と濃度の次亜塩素酸水を小形の装置で効率よく安全に製造する次亜塩素酸水の製造装置と製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】希塩酸が供給され塩素ガスを発生する陰陽両極間に隔膜が存在しない電解槽1と、水が貯留されている貯留タンク5と、該貯留タンク5内から水を流入循環して該貯留タンク5内に戻す循環管路6と、前記電解槽1と前記循環管路6間を連結し該電解槽1からの塩素ガスを前記循環管路6中の水に混入して次亜塩素酸水を生成する混入管路8とからなる。【選択図】図1
