PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a target area of challenge data.SOLUTION: An idea creating computer system comprises: challenge information collection means; a challenge type database for storing challenge data from customers and the like, and/or challenge data introduced by observing and analyzing a behavior of a person who consumes and uses a target product, service, and the like; a technique type database for storing technique information; and data display means. The challenge information collection means converts the challenge information into data which can be handled by a computer, performs data mining processing for extracting the challenge data and stores the challenge data in the challenge type database, creates a search keyword for finding a solution technique from the challenge data stored in the challenge type database, researches the corresponding solution technique from the technique information stored in the technique type database, using the search keyword, and based on the result of research, displays names and the number of pieces of corresponding technique information by the data display means. 【課題】課題データの対象域を広げる。【解決手段】課題情報収集手段と、顧客などからの課題データ、対象とする商品、サービスなど、それらを消費、利用する時の人の行動を観察し、分析して導き出した課題データを格納する課題系データベースと、技術情報を格納する技術系データベースと、データ表示手段とを備えたアイデア創出コンピュータシステムであって、前記課題情報収集手段によって、課題情報をコンピュータが取り扱えるデータに変換し、かつデータマイニング処理を行い課題データを抽出し、前記課題系データベースに格納し、前記課題系データベースに格納された前記課題データから解決技術を探し出すための検索キーワードを生成し、前記検索キーワードを用いて、前記技術系データベースに格納されている前記技術情報の中から該当する解決技術をリサーチし、前記リサーチの結果より、該当した技術情報の名称と件数を前記データ表示手段で表示する。【選択図】図１
