Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method of plant state capable of precisely analyzing cause of fluctuation propagation.SOLUTION: The diagnostic method of plant state includes the steps of: processing a data of time-sequence state of a plant using plural filters provided for respective frequency bands; previously shifting the time among combinations of items in plural filter outputs; acquiring a set of correlation coefficients; calculating an evaluation value of the correlation as a cause-result index based on a previous time-shift value of each of plural combinations of filter output items and the correlation coefficient; selecting a combination of filter output items on the basis of the cause-result index; creating a cause-result model by using the cause-result index of the combination of filter output items; and diagnosing the relationship between the upstream and the downstream in the fluctuation propagation relevant to the plural states of the plant by using the output cause-result model.
【課題】精度の高い変動伝播の因果解析を行うプラント状態診断方法を提供する。【解決手段】周波数帯域毎通過する複数のフィルタでプラントの時系列状態データを処理し、複数のフィルタ出力項目の組合せ毎の項目間の時間を先行シフトさせ、相関係数値の集合を求め、複数のフィルタ出力項目組合せ毎の時間先行シフト値と前記相関係数値を基に計算される相関評価値を因果指標として計算し、因果指標に基づいてフィルタ出力項目の組合せを選択し、フィルタ出力項目組合せによる因果指標を用いて因果モデルを構築し、ステップで出力された因果モデルを用いてプラントンの複数の状態に係わる変動伝播の上流と下流の関係を診断するプラント状態診断方法。【選択図】図1 |
