PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition that can give a cured product excellent in storage stability and having high transparency and coating performance combined with sufficient adhesion and surface hardness, to provide a cured film and a protective film for a touch panel each formed from the curable resin composition and to provide a member for a display device and a display device that have the film to thereby realize higher luminance.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes a side-chain double bond-containing polymer as an alkali-soluble resin. The content of a monomer having a functional group capable of bonding to an acid group and a polymerizable double bond in the curable resin composition is less than 1 mass% based on 100 mass% of the solid content of the side-chain double bond-containing polymer. 【課題】保存安定性に優れ、高い透明性、塗付性能とともに充分な密着性及び表面硬度を有する硬化物を与えることができる硬化性樹脂組成物を提供する。また、このような硬化性樹脂組成物により形成される硬化膜及びタッチパネル用保護膜、並びに、該膜を有することで高輝度化を実現し得る表示装置用部材及び表示装置も提供する。【解決手段】アルカリ可溶性樹脂として側鎖二重結合含有重合体を含む硬化性樹脂組成物であって、該硬化性樹脂組成物中、酸基と結合し得る官能基及び重合性二重結合を有する単量体の含有量が、側鎖二重結合含有重合体の固形分１００質量％に対し、１質量％未満である硬化性樹脂組成物。【選択図】 なし
