Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive conductive paste good in concealment property of a coated film, having efficient conductivity and excellent adhesiveness and durability to a base material, and excellent in temporal stability while having excellent thin wire developability for resolution of such problems.SOLUTION: There are a photosensitive conductive paste containing photosensitive organic binder (A), conductive powder (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D) and an organic solvent (E) where the photosensitive organic binder (A) has acid value of 500 to 4,000 eq/ton and a weight average molecule weight of 5,000 to 80,000, and containing (B2) tabular silver powder or (B3) flaky silver powder in addition to (B1) spherical silver powder as the conductive powder (B) with the average particle diameter D50 of (B2) and (B3) of 2 μm or less, a conductive thin film, a conductive laminate, an electric circuit and a touch panel formed by using the conductive paste. 【課題】 本発明は、かかる問題を解消するためになされたものであり、その主たる目的は、優れた細線現像性を有しつつ、塗膜の隠蔽性が良好で、十分な導電性および基材に対し優れた密着性、耐久性を有し、かつ経時安定性に優れた感光性導電ペーストを提供するものである。【解決手段】 感光性有機バインダー(A)、導電性粉体(B)、光重合性化合物(C)、光重合開始剤(D)、及び有機溶剤(E)を含有する感光性導電ペーストであって、該感光性有機バインダー(A)の酸価が500〜4,000eq/ton、重量平均分子量が5,000〜8,0000であり、該導電性粉体(B)として(B1)球状銀粉を含むとともに(B2)板状銀粉または(B3)フレーク状銀粉を含み、(B2)および(B3)の平均粒子径D50が2μm以下であることを特徴とする感光性導電ペーストおよび該導電性ペーストを用いて形成された導電性薄膜、導電性積層体、電気回路およびタッチパネル。【選択図】なし
