Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a transmission device in comparison with a conventional one while securing excellent lubrication of a supporting portion of a pinion in a carrier.SOLUTION: A transmission device includes a planetary gear mechanism having a power transmission shaft 2, a cylindrical shaft member 3 and a carrier. An in-shaft oil passage 21 is formed on the power transmission shaft 2. An inner diameter region IP of the carrier and the cylindrical shaft member 3 are spline-connected, an inner opening portion 55 of an induction oil passage 51 is formed on a non-spline region NP of the inner diameter region IP, and an object race member 61 of a thrust bearing 60 is disposed while kept into contact with the carrier. An innermost diameter-side position of the non-spline region NP is positioned radially outside with respect to an outermost diameter-side position of a spline engagement portion A, and an oil receiving portion OR is formed by the cylindrical shaft member 3, the non-spline region NP, and the object race member 61. 【課題】キャリヤにおけるピニオンの支持部の良好な潤滑を確保しながら、従来に比べて生産性を向上させる。【解決手段】変速装置は、伝動軸2と筒状軸部材3とキャリヤを有する遊星歯車機構とを備える。伝動軸2に軸内油路21が形成されている。キャリヤの内径部位IPと筒状軸部材3とがスプライン連結され、内径部位IPのうちの非スプライン部位NPに誘導油路51の内側開口部55が形成され、スラスト軸受60の対象レース部材61がキャリヤに当接して配置されている。非スプライン部位NPの最内径側位置がスプライン係合部Aの最外径側位置よりも径方向外側に位置しているとともに、筒状軸部材3と非スプライン部位NPと対象レース部材61とにより油受け部ORが形成されている。【選択図】図4
