Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonic acid water production method and apparatus that can effectively produce carbonic acid water of large gas volume at a low cost by dispensing with a high-pressure tank or pump.SOLUTION: The carbonic acid water production method has procedures for: disposing a nearly cylindrical hermetic container 1 so that the central axis may be nearly vertical; supplying drinking water into the hermetic container; supplying pressurized carbon dioxide gas into the hermetic container; rotationally driving under magnetic force a rotary member 43 disposed in the vicinity of the bottom of the hermetic container and keeping no mechanical connection with the outside of the hermetic container; and effectively dissolving carbon dioxide gas into the drinking water with an increase in the surface area of the drinking water by rotating the drinking water with the rotary member so that the drinking water may rise along the inner wall of the hermetic container by centrifugal force and circulate inside the hermetic container. 【課題】高圧用のタンクやポンプを不要として低コストで効率的にガスボリュームの大きな炭酸水を製造することのできる炭酸水製造方法および装置を提供する。【解決手段】略円筒状の密封容器1を中心軸が略鉛直方向となるように配置する手順と、前記密封容器の内部に飲料水を供給する手順と、前記密封容器の内部に加圧状態の二酸化炭素ガスを供給する手順と、前記密封容器の底部近傍に配置されるとともに前記密封容器の外部との機械的な接続がない回転部材43を磁力により回転駆動する手順と、前記回転部材により飲料水を回転させて遠心力により飲料水が前記密封容器の内壁に沿って上昇するとともに前記密封容器の内部を循環するようにして、飲料水の表面積を増大させて二酸化炭素ガスを効率的に飲料水中に溶解させる手順とを有するものである。【選択図】図1
