PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously generate a fine bubble liquid containing fine bubbles at high density.SOLUTION: A fine bubble liquid generation device 1 includes: a generation part 11 having a mixing nozzle 31 for introducing gas and a pressurized liquid, and a fine bubble generation nozzle 2 for discharging the liquid containing fine bubbles of the introduced gas; a circulation passage 12 which returns the liquid discharged from the fine bubble generation nozzle 2 to the mixing nozzle 31 in an isolated state from outside air; an extraction part 13 which extracts a part of the liquid circulating in the generation part 11 and the circulation passage 12 as a fine bubble liquid; and a replenishment part 14 which maintains an amount of the liquid circulating in the generation part 11 and the circulation passage 12 by replenishing the liquid to the circulation passage 12. Thereby, the fine bubble liquid containing the fine bubbles at high density can be continuously generated. 【課題】ファインバブルを高密度にて含むファインバブル液を連続的に生成する。【解決手段】ファインバブル液生成装置１は、気体および加圧された液体を導入する混合ノズル３１と、導入された気体のファインバブルを含む液体を排出するファインバブル生成ノズル２とを備える生成部１１と、ファインバブル生成ノズル２から排出された液体を外気から隔離した状態で混合ノズル３１へと戻す循環路１２と、生成部１１および循環路１２を循環する液体の一部をファインバブル液として取り出す取出部１３と、循環路１２に液体を補給して生成部１１および循環路１２を循環する液体の量を維持する補給部１４とを備える。これにより、ファインバブルを高密度にて含むファインバブル液を連続的に生成することができる。【選択図】図１
