PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier capable of shortening a drying time of clothing or the like by heightening drying capacity, and shortening a defrosting time by heightening defrosting capacity.SOLUTION: A dehumidifier includes a heater 32 provided between a diffuser 13 and a blower 10, an induction rib 33 projecting into a blowout wind passage 36 between the diffuser 13 and the blower 10, and a communication port 34 provided between the diffuser 13 and the induction rib 33. An air course between an intake port 7 and a first heat exchange air course 8 is used as an intake air course 35, and the communication port 34 makes the intake air course 35 communicate with the blowout wind passage 36. 【課題】乾燥能力を高めて衣類などの乾燥時間を短縮し、且つ霜取り能力を高めて霜取り時間を短縮した除湿装置を提供する。【解決手段】吹出口１３と送風機１０との間に設けられたヒータ３２と、吹出口１３と送風機１０との間の吹出風路３６内に突出した誘引リブ３３と、吹出口１３と誘引リブ３３との間に設けられた連通口３４とを備え、吸気口７と第一の熱交換風路８との間の風路を吸気風路３５とし、連通口３４は吸気風路３５と吹出風路３６とを連通することを特徴とする除湿装置。【選択図】図２
