Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ingestion form of menaquinone-7 capable of ingesting menaquinone-7 together with a balanced nutrient of beans such as natto or a physiological functional component.SOLUTION: A menaquinone-7-containing beans fermentation product contains microbe classified into the genus Anoxybacillus and menaquinone-7. In a production method of the menaquinone-7-containing beans fermentation product, beans are fermented by microbe classified into the genus Anoxybacillus, to thereby generate menaquinone-7 in the beans.
