Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable wire-saving in a multiple dwelling house by using a private communication network for a part of a communication channel for transmitting meter-reading information to each dwelling unit, and also make it easy to secure communication quality.SOLUTION: A power meter 20 disposed in each dwelling unit 101 of a multiple dwelling house 10 measures a power amount used in each dwelling unit 101. A meter-reading terminal 15 obtains meter-reading information from the power meter 20, and transmits the meter-reading information through a communication device 12 to a house terminal 11. The house terminal 11 has a power line communication interface 111 which communicates with the meter-reading terminal 15 through the communication device 12 connected between the primary side of a main breaker and the secondary side of a branch breaker on a distribution line 221, a communication interface 112 which communicates with an aggregation device 13 through a private communication network 1, and a protocol converter for converting a protocol between the power line communication interface 111 and the communication interface 112.
【課題】集合住宅において、各住戸の検針情報を伝送する通信路の一部に構内通信網を利用して省配線を図るとともに通品品質の確保を容易にする。【解決手段】集合住宅10の各住戸101に配置された電力メータ20は、各住戸101で使用した電力量を計量する。検針端末15は、電力メータ20から検針情報を取得し、通信装置12を通して検針情報を住戸端末11に伝送する。住戸端末11は、配電線221においてメインブレーカの一次側と分岐ブレーカの二次側との間に接続された通信装置12を通して検針端末15との通信を行う電力線通信インターフェース111と、集約装置13との間で構内通信網1を通して通信を行う通信インターフェース112と、電力線通信インターフェース111と通信インターフェース112との間でプロトコルを変換するプロトコル変換部とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
