Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body capable of actualizing high luminaire efficiency, and to provide a lighting system using the same.SOLUTION: The light guide body in this embodiment includes an introduction part having an incident surface and a reflection surface opposed to the incident surface, a diffusion part having a first surface provided on the side of the reflection surface and a second surface provided on the side of the incident surface and opposed to the first surface, a first point located on a boundary between the reflection surface and the first surface, and a second point located on the incident surface. The center of curvature of the first surface at the first point is a third point.
