Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water saving device easily settable to be variable while checking an amount of savingly-discharging water from the outside.SOLUTION: A water saving device comprises: a first cylindrical body 2 formed of a cylindrical body of a predetermined length in which one end is closed by a closure wall, the other end is opened and the inside is hollow; a second cylindrical body 10 of a predetermined length in which one end is opened, has an insertion part for insertion of the first cylindrical body with the opening used as an insertion opening, the other end is opened and the inside is hollow; and a water saving plate 17 having a second water flow hole. The water saving plate 17 is positioned in the hollow hole of the second cylindrical body 10. The first cylindrical body 2 is inserted in the insertion hole of the second cylindrical body to confront the water saving plate 17 with a closure wall surface of the first cylindrical body 2. A fixture 22 is inserted in first and second mounting holes to rotatably secure the first and second cylindrical bodies. Either one of the first and second cylindrical bodies is rotated to thereby vary the opening areas of first and second water flow holes and regulate a water flow rate. 【課題】節吐水量を外部から確認しながら簡単に可変可能に設定できる節水装置を提供すること。【解決手段】一端が閉鎖壁で閉鎖され他端が開口し内部が中空な所定長さの筒状体からなる第1の筒状体2と,一端が開口し該開口を差込口にして第1の筒状体が挿入される差込部を有し他端が開口し内部が中空な所定長さの第2の筒状体10と,第2の通水孔を有する節水板17とを備え,節水板17は,第2の筒状体10の中空孔内に位置決めし,第1の筒状体2を第2の筒状体の差込孔に挿入して,節水板17と第1筒状体2の閉鎖壁面とを対峙させて,第1,第2の取付け孔に固定具22を挿通して,第1,第2の筒状体を回転自在に固定して,第1,2の筒状体のいずれか一方を回転させることによって,第1,2の通水孔の開口面積を変更して流水量を調整する。【選択図】図1
