Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pipeline laying method which does not disturb the passage of an equipment transport bogie in the middle of the laying of a pipeline, and can effectively utilize a space in a shield tunnel, and an equipment transport device.SOLUTION: This pipeline laying method forms a pipeline by connecting shot pipes transported in a shield tunnel by welding, and comprises: a bracket attachment process S1 for attaching brackets 1 at prescribed intervals along an axial line direction of the shield tunnel to a main girder bolt 5 positioned at a ceiling part of a segment which forms an internal wall of the shield tunnel; a rail member installing process S3 for installing rail members 9 to the brackets 1 along a ceiling face of the shield tunnel; a suspension bogie installing process S5 for installing a suspension bogie 11 which is movable along the rail members 9; and a pipeline laying processing S7 for transporting equipment by the suspension bogie 11, and laying the pipeline at a lower part of the rail members 9 by using the transported equipment. 【課題】パイプラインの敷設途中において機材台車が通行の邪魔にならず、また、シールドトンネル内の空間を有効に利用できるパイプライン敷設方法、機材搬送装置を得る。【解決手段】本発明に係るパイプライン敷設方法は、シールドトンネル内に搬入した短管を溶接によって連結してパイプラインを形成するパイプライン敷設方法であって、シールドトンネルの内壁を形成しているセグメントの天井部に位置するセグメント主桁ボルト5にシールドトンネルの軸線方向に沿って所定の間隔でブラケット1を取り付けるブラケット取付工程S1と、ブラケット1にレール部材9をシールドトンネルの天井面に沿って設置するレール部材設置工程とS3、レール部材9に沿って移動可能な吊形台車11を設置する吊形台車設置工程S5と、吊形台車11で機材を搬送して、該搬送された機材を用いてレール部材9の下方にパイプラインを敷設するパイプライン敷設工程S7とを備えたものである。【選択図】 図1
