Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a motor activation error caused by foreign noise superposed on an induced voltage.SOLUTION: A detection circuit (27) is connected to a connection node (cn3) which connects between an upper-arm switching element (25w) and a lower-arm switching element (26w), to detect the induced voltage of a fan motor (77) before activation. A switching control part (28) activates the fan motor (77) according to the detection result of the detection circuit (27). When the detection circuit (27) performs detection operation, the switching control part (28) performs switching control to repeat switching on and off of the lower-arm switching element (26w). 【課題】誘起電圧に重畳した外来ノイズが起因して生じるモータの起動不良を抑制する。【解決手段】検出回路(27)は、上アーム側スイッチング素子(25w)及び下アーム側スイッチング素子(26w)同士の接続ノード(cn3)と接続され、起動前のファンモータ(77)の誘起電圧を検出する。スイッチング制御部(28)は、検出回路(27)の検出結果に応じてファンモータ(77)を起動させるが、検出回路(27)が検出動作を行う際、下アーム側スイッチング素子(26w)のオン及びオフを繰り返させるスイッチング制御を行う。【選択図】図3
