Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which shortens a time for recovery from a power-saving state by loading configuration data to be used after recovery with high possibility into a high-speed readable memory in advance before entering the power-saving state, and using the configuration data in the recovery.SOLUTION: The image processing device has a reconfiguration circuit capable of reconfiguring functional blocks for performing image processing, and includes a ROM which previously stores configuration data for each of a plurality of functional blocks for configuring functional blocks into the reconfiguration circuit and a readable/writable RAM which has a faster readout speed than the ROM. Configuration data on a functional block to be needed next with high possibility is read out of the ROM and written into the RAM, and when the reconfiguration circuit needs to be reconfigured, necessary configuration data is read out of the RAM so as to reconfigure the reconfiguration circuit.
【課題】省電力状態に移行する前に、復帰後に使用する可能性の高いコンフィグデータを前もって高速読み出し可能なメモリにロードし、復帰時に当該コンフィグデータを使用することにより、省電力状態からの復帰時間を低減する仕組みを提供する。【解決手段】本画像処理装置は、画像処理を行う機能ブロックを再構成可能な再構成回路を有し、機能ブロックを再構成回路に構成するための複数の機能ブロックごとの構成データを予め記憶するROMと、ROMと比較して読み出し速度が速く、読み書き可能なRAMとを備え、次に必要となる可能性が高い機能ブロックの構成データをROMから読み出してRAMに書き込み、再構成回路の再構成が必要となると、RAMから必要な構成データを読み出して再構成回路を再構成する。【選択図】 図3 |
