PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered electric wire with a terminal and a wire harness in which generation of flaw, crack or peeling is suppressed in anticorrosive agent covering an electric connection part between a terminal metal fitting and an electric wire conductor.SOLUTION: An electric connection part 6 in which a terminal metal fitting 5 and an electric wire conductor 3 of a covered electric wire 2 are electrically connected is covered by anticorrosive agent 7 that consists of an insulating resin composition whose adhesive strength to the surface of the terminal metal fitting 5 is 0.1 MPa or more and hardness is 40 or more at Shore A hardness and 50 or less at Shore D hardness to constitute a covered electric wire 1 with a terminal. Further, a wire harness is constituted by including such a covered electric wire 1. 【課題】端子金具と電線導体の間の電気接続部を覆う防食剤において、傷や割れ、剥離の発生が抑えられた端子付き被覆電線およびワイヤーハーネスを提供すること。【解決手段】端子金具５と被覆電線２の電線導体３とが電気的に接続された電気接続部６を、端子金具５の表面に対する接着強度が０．１ＭＰａ以上であり、硬度がショアＡ硬度で４０以上かつショアＤ硬度で５０以下である絶縁性樹脂組成物よりなる防食剤７により被覆して、端子付き被覆電線１を構成する。また、そのような被覆電線１を含んでワイヤーハーネスを構成する。【選択図】図１
