Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of realizing the confidentiality of design data while suppressing complication of work to be performed by a designer or the like.SOLUTION: Design data represents a deposition and shape of each cell such as a contact 63, polysilicon 64, or wiring 65. Accordingly, when the contents of at least one of the disposition and shape of a cell selected from among cells are manipulated, a relationship of association between cells cannot be grasped or becomes hard to be grasped. By utilizing this fact, encryption is achieved by manipulating the contents of at least one of the disposition and shape of a cell without modifying the format of the design data.
【課題】設計者等の作業の煩雑化を抑えつつ、設計データの機密性を実現させるための技術を提供する。【解決手段】設計データは、コンタクト63、ポリシリコン64、及び配線65等のセル毎に、その配置、及び形状を表す。それにより、セルのなかで選択した種類のセルの配置、及び形状のうちの少なくとも一方の内容を操作すると、セル間の対応関係が把握できなくなるか、把握するのが困難となる。このことを利用し、セルの配置、及び形状のうちの少なくとも一方の内容を操作することで、設計データのフォーマットを変更することなく、暗号化を行う。【選択図】図7 |
