Amino-acid sequences of the Pxt-1 to the Pxt-11 are as follows. Pxt-1: IRPIPFIPRGGKT, Pxt-2: FIGALLRPALKLLA, Pxt-3: GLKEVAHSAKKFAKGFISGLTGS, Pxt-4: LKGASKLIPHLLPSRQQ, Pxt-5: FIGALLGPLLNLLK, Pxt-6: IRPVPFFPPVHAKKVFPLH, Pxt-7: Pyr-GLIGTLTAKQIKK, Pxt-8: IRPIPFIPR, Pxt-9: GLKEVAHSAKKF, Pxt-10: LMGTLISKQMKK, and Pxt-11: Pyr-GLMGTLISKQMKK.
