PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual transmission capable of suppressing chatter sound with a simple structure without adding a component.SOLUTION: A manual transmission 1 comprises: a spherical part 11 disposed on a shift lever 10, having a sphere whose center is a rotary center P1, and having a groove 13 extending in an axial direction of the shift lever 10 in a neutral state; a holding part for holding the spherical part 11 so as to freely rotate in a shift direction and select direction; and a rotation regulation pin 70 entering the groove 13 in a depth direction of the groove 13 orthogonal to the axial direction, and regulating rotation of the spherical part 11 around the axial direction serving as a rotation axis. A center of the rotation regulation pin 70 is disposed by being offset in the axial direction from the rotary center P1 in viewed from the depth direction, a gap is formed between the rotation regulation pin 70 and groove 13 in the neutral state, and the rotation regulation pin 70 and groove 13 contact in the shift state. 【課題】部品を追加することなく簡易な構成でビビリ音を抑制することができる手動変速機を提供する。【解決手段】手動変速機１は、シフトレバー１０に設けられ、回転中心Ｐ１を中心とする球面を有し、かつ、ニュートラル状態においてシフトレバー１０の軸線方向に沿って延在する溝部１３を有する球状部１１と、球状部１１をシフト方向およびセレクト方向に回動可能に保持する保持部と、軸線方向と直交する溝部１３の深さ方向において溝部１３に入り込み、球状部１１が軸線方向を回転軸として回転することを規制する回転規制ピン７０とを備え、回転規制ピン７０の中心は、深さ方向から見た場合に回転中心Ｐ１から軸線方向に沿ってオフセットされて配置され、ニュートラル状態において回転規制ピン７０と溝部１３との間に隙間が形成され、シフト状態において回転規制ピン７０と溝部１３とが当接する。【選択図】図６
