PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head provided with flow passages substrates capable of supplying liquid to a plurality of head main bodies connected to COF substrates (flexible wiring boards), and further to provide a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a plurality of head main bodies 110 having liquid injection surfaces where liquid is injected and being disposed in a first direction on the liquid injection surfaces; flow passage members 200 provided with flow passages supplying the liquid to the plurality of head main bodies 110; and COF substrates 98 connected to the plurality of head main bodies 110. The flow passages comprise: a plurality of connection sections connected to the plurality of head main bodies 110; and distributed flow passages communicating with the plurality of connection sections and being formed in the first direction. A second direction where the COF substrates 98 are provided so as to extend from a head main bodies side to a flow passage members side intersects with the first direction. The COF substrates 98 connected to the head main bodies 110 adjacent to one another in the first direction overlap with one another as viewed in the first direction.
