Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head provided with flow passages substrates capable of supplying liquid to a plurality of head main bodies connected to COF substrates (flexible wiring boards), and further to provide a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a plurality of head main bodies 110 having liquid injection surfaces where liquid is injected and being disposed in a first direction on the liquid injection surfaces; flow passage members 200 provided with flow passages supplying the liquid to the plurality of head main bodies 110; and COF substrates 98 connected to the plurality of head main bodies 110. The flow passages comprise: a plurality of connection sections connected to the plurality of head main bodies 110; and distributed flow passages communicating with the plurality of connection sections and being formed in the first direction. A second direction where the COF substrates 98 are provided so as to extend from a head main bodies side to a flow passage members side intersects with the first direction. The COF substrates 98 connected to the head main bodies 110 adjacent to one another in the first direction overlap with one another as viewed in the first direction. The distributed flow passages are disposed at one side with respect to a plurality of COF substrates 98 in a direction perpendicular to the first direction on the liquid injection surfaces.
【課題】COF基板(フレキシブル配線基板)に接続された複数のヘッド本体に液体を供給することができる流路基板を具備する液体噴射ヘッド及び液体噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】液体が噴射される液体噴射面を有し、液体噴射面上の第1方向に沿って配置された複数のヘッド本体110と、複数のヘッド本体に液体を供給する流路が設けられた流路部材200と、複数のヘッド本体に接続されたCOF基板98と、を備え、流路は、複数のヘッド本体に接続される複数の接続部と、複数の接続部に連通し、第1方向に沿って形成された分配流路とを備え、COF基板がヘッド本体側から流路部材側に延設された第2方向は第1方向と交差し、第1方向に隣接するヘッド本体に接続されたCOF基板は、第1方向から見て互いにオーバーラップし、分配流路は、液体噴射面上で第1方向に直交する方向において、複数のCOF基板に対して一方の側に配置されている。【選択図】図17 |
