PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system that is improved in safety.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system includes: an irradiation chamber where a patient is irradiated by a neutron beam; a neutron beam output unit for irradiation of the neutron beam inside the irradiation chamber; a recessed groove 61 provided on a floor surface F of the irradiation chamber; a guide rail 62 provided in the recessed groove 61 so as to extend along the recessed groove 61; a belt BT disposed in the recessed groove 61 so as to cover an upper surface of the guide rail 62; and a treatment table 80 movable along the guide rail 62. The treatment table 80 has a lifting roller 82c for lifting the belt BT positioned in the recessed groove 61 partially upward more than the recessed groove 61. An upper surface of a portion not lifted upward more than the recessed groove 61 by the lifting roller 82c in the belt BT constitutes substantially the same plane as the floor surface F. 【課題】中性子捕捉療法システムにおける安全性の向上を図る。【解決手段】中性子捕捉療法システムは、患者への中性子線の照射が行われる照射室と、照射室内に中性子線を照射する中性子線出力部と、照射室の床面Ｆに設けられた凹溝部６１と、凹溝部６１に沿って延在するように凹溝部６１内に設けられたガイドレール６２と、ガイドレール６２の上面を覆うように凹溝部６１内に配置されたベルトＢＴと、ガイドレール６２に沿って移動可能な治療台８０とを備える。治療台８０は、凹溝部６１内に位置するベルトＢＴを部分的に凹溝部６１よりも上方に持ち上げる持ち上げローラ８２ｃを有する。ベルトＢＴのうち持ち上げローラ８２ｃによって凹溝部６１よりも上方に持ち上げられていない部分の上面は、床面Ｆと略同一面を構成する。【選択図】図６
