Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a mobile body and an operation system as distributed information transfer means at a time of disaster in an automatic travel transportation system.SOLUTION: When any of a mobile body, a mobile body management server, and a service system detects the occurrence of a disaster, an entire mobile body operation system is switched to a disaster mode. In the disaster mode, radio communication means between devices is switched from radio communication means using a public radio network to autonomous distributed radio communication means, and disaster related information is caused to be transmitted/received by the autonomous distributed radio communication means. The mobile body has a mechanism for functioning, at a time of disaster, as a distributed power source supply device and a distributed speaker or distributed projector for announcing the disaster related information. At a time of disaster, the mobile body management server registers a family of a user or another user having history of getting in the same mobile body as a related user and collects safety information on the user from a mobile body which has a possibility of holding information on the related user or the user. 【課題】自動走行交通システムにおいて、災害時に移動体及び運行システムを分散型の情報伝達手段として活用させる。【解決手段】移動体、移動体管理サーバ、サービサシステムのいずれかが災害の発生を検知したときに、移動体運行システム全体を災害時モードに切り替え、災害時モードでは、各装置間の無線通信手段を、公衆無線回線網を利用した無線通信手段から自立分散型無線通信手段に切り替え、災害関連情報を自立分散型無線通信手段により送受信する。移動体は、災害時には、分散型の電源供給装置、及び前記災害関連情報を報知する分散型のスピーカ又は分散型のプロジェクタとして機能させる機構を備える。移動体管理サーバは、災害時には、ユーザの家族又はそのユーザと同じ移動体に乗車した履歴のあるユーザを関連ユーザとして登録し、そのユーザの安否情報を、関連ユーザ又はそのユーザの情報を保持している可能性のある移動体から収集する。【選択図】図4
