Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for power storage device using an epoxy resin composition, as a separator capable of contributing to enhancement of the performance of a power storage device.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a separator for power storage device including an epoxy resin porous membrane includes a porosification step for porosifying so as to obtain an epoxy resin porous membrane by removing porogen from an epoxy resin sheet, containing a hardened epoxy resin composition and porogen, by using a solvent, and a processing step for bringing a process liquid into contact with the epoxy resin porous membrane or epoxy resin sheet. The processing step includes a processing step (b1) using a solution, containing an inorganic and/or a polyvalent organic acid, as the process liquid, and a processing step (b2) using a solution, containing a carboxylic acid anhydride, as the process liquid, following to the processing step (b1).
【課題】蓄電デバイスの性能の向上に寄与できるセパレータとして、エポキシ樹脂組成物を用いた蓄電デバイス用セパレータを提供する。【解決手段】エポキシ樹脂多孔質膜が得られるように、エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化体とポロゲンとを含むエポキシ樹脂シートから溶剤を用いてポロゲンを除去して多孔化する多孔化工程と、エポキシ樹脂多孔質膜又はエポキシ樹脂シートに処理液を接触させる処理工程と、を具備し、処理工程は、例えば無機酸及び/又は多価有機酸を含有する溶液を処理液として用いる処理工程(b1)と、処理工程(b1)後にカルボン酸無水物を含有する溶液を処理液として用いる処理工程(b2)とを具備する工程である、エポキシ樹脂多孔質膜を備えた蓄電デバイス用セパレータの製造方法である。【選択図】図2 |
