Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating door of a refrigerator or a freezer capable of suppressing the generation of irregularities on a panel surface due to the contractive force of polyurethane.SOLUTION: A heat insulating door comprises: a metallic outer plate 1; an inner plate 2 including a convex portion 2a formed in a central portion of a surface opposed to the outer plate 1 to protrude in a direction of the outer plate 1; a vacuum heat insulating material 3 in which a plate core material 32 having heat insulation is loaded into an evacuated outer seal material 31, and a vacuum seal portion 31a formed in an end portion of the outer seal material 31 extending from an end portion position of the core material 32 includes a bent portion 31b overlapped with an end portion of one of a pair of front and rear outer surfaces of the outer seal material 31 covering the core material 32, the vacuum heat insulating material 3 being fixed to a top surface of the convex portion 2a; and foamed polyurethane 4 filled in the space and containing cyclopentane, the outer surface equal to or higher than the other outer surface out of the paired outer surfaces in an adhesion force to the foamed polyurethane of the vacuum heat insulating material 3 being disposed toward the outer plate 1. 【課題】ポリウレタンの収縮力によるパネル表面の凹凸の発生を抑制した冷蔵庫や冷凍庫の断熱扉を提供する。【解決手段】金属製の外板1と、樹脂製で前記外板との間に空間ができるように成形され、かつ前記外板との対向面の中央部分に前記外板の方向に突出する凸部2aが形成された内板2と、真空引きされた外封材31の内部に断熱性を有する板状の芯材32が封入され、その芯材の端部位置から延びる前記外封材の端部に形成された真空封止部31aが前記芯材を覆う前記外封材の表裏一対の外表面の内、一方の外表面31cの端部に重ねられた折曲部31bを有し、前記凸部の頂面に固定された真空断熱材3と、前記空間に充填されたシクロペンタンを含む発泡ポリウレタン4と、を備え、前記真空断熱材は、前記発泡ポリウレタンに対する接着力が前記一対の外表面の内、他方の外表面と同等以上である外表面を前記外板に向けて配設するようにした。【選択図】図1
