Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify arrangement of tendons and a tense operation during manufacturing a pre-stressed concrete member.SOLUTION: A material with rich flexibility (for instance, a string-like member made of reinforced fiber, and a metallic wire) is used for a tendon W, and the tendon W is sequentially wound around a plurality of shaft-shaped members 2A... and 2B... as shown in Fig. 1(a) and (b). One end of the tendon W is fastened as shown in Fig. 1(d), and the other end of the tendon W is wound around a member (non-rotated member) as shown by a mark 30 in Fig. 1(c) so as to rotate the non-rotated member 30. As a result of this, the tendon W is tensed over the entire length. It is possible to simplify arrangement of the tendons and a tense operation, compared to the case of arranging a lot of tendons in parallel.
【課題】プレストレストコンクリート部材を製造するに当たり、緊張材の配置や緊張の作業を簡素化できるようにする。【解決手段】緊張材Wには可撓性に富むもの(例えば、強化繊維製の紐状部材や、金属製のワイヤ)を用い、図1(a) 及び(b) に示すように、該緊張材Wを複数の軸状部材2A, 、2B, に順次巻き掛けて行く。そして、該緊張材Wの一端は図1(d) に示すように固定し、該緊張材Wの他端は図1(c) に符号30で示すような部材(被回転部材)に巻き付けて、該被回転部材30を回転させる。これによって、緊張材Wは全長に亘って緊張されることとなる。本発明によれば、何本もの緊張材を並設する場合に比べて、緊張材の配置や緊張の作業を簡素化できる。【選択図】図1 |
