Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle motor controller in which variation of power supply voltage due to switching of an inverter is suppressed, while reducing the size and cost.SOLUTION: Inputs of a first inverter 4 and a second inverter 5 are connected with a power supply voltage PIG, and the outputs thereof are connected with the coils 1u, 1v, 1w of an electric motor 1. The U-phase current Iu flows toward the virtual neutral point Q' of the coils 1u, 1v, 1w of the electric motor 1, and the V-phase current Iv and W-phase current Iw flow out from the virtual neutral point Q'. The PWM signals of the first and second inverters 4, 5 are supplied to the gate terminals of the switching elements 6a-6f, 7a-7f, and switching operation is performed. The U-phase current Iu flows from the U-phase arm of the first inverter 4 to the U-phase arm of the second inverter 5. The V-phase current Iv flows from the V-phase arm to the V-phase arm, and the W-phase current Iw flows from the W-phase arm to the W-phase arm. 【課題】インバータのスイッチングによる電源電圧の変動を抑制するとともに、小型化およびコスト低減が可能な車載用モータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1のインバータ4および第2のインバータ5の入力は電源電圧PIGに接続され、出力は電動モータ1のコイル1u,1v,1wに接続される。U相電流Iuが電動モータ1のコイル1u,1v,1wの仮想中性点Q'に向って流れ込み、V相電流IvおよびW相電流Iwが仮想中性点Q'から逆に流れ出す。第1および第2のインバータ4,5の各PWM信号がスイッチング素子6a〜6f,7a〜7fのゲート端子に供給されスイッチング動作が行われる。U相電流Iuは、第1のインバータ4のU相アームから第2のインバータ5のU相アームへ流れる。V相電流Ivは、V相アームからV相アームへ流れ、W相電流Iwは、W相アームからW相アームへ流れる。【選択図】図2
