Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a call loss of VoLTE call incoming in the case that a VoLTE incoming call for user equipment has been originated.SOLUTION: A mobile communication system includes: user equipment compliant to both first and second radio access systems; a first mobility management entity in the first radio access system; a second mobility management entity in the second radio access system; and a call control apparatus for controlling a call for the user equipment. When an incoming voice call to the user equipment is originated using the first radio access system; the call control apparatus makes the voice call to the user equipment be terminated using the second radio access system in the case that the user equipment exists in a specific area in a first area where voice call service in the first radio access system is provided or in the case that final access time of the user equipment in the first mobility management entity or the second mobility management entity is not normally acquired. 【課題】 移動局に対するVoLTE着信があった場合に、VoLTE着信の呼損を未然に防止する。【解決手段】 移動通信システムは、第1の無線アクセス方式と第2の無線アクセス方式の双方に対応する移動局と、前記第1の無線アクセス方式における第1の移動管理装置と、前記第2の無線アクセス方式における第2の移動管理装置と、前記移動局に対する呼を制御する呼制御装置と、を含み、前記呼制御装置は、前記移動局に対して前記第1の無線アクセス方式での音声通話の着信があった場合に、前記移動局が前記第1の無線アクセス方式の音声通話サービスを提供する第1エリア内の特定のエリアに在圏する場合、または前記第1の移動管理装置もしくは前記第2の移動管理装置における前記移動局の最終アクセス時刻が正常に取得されない場合は、前記移動局に対する前記音声通話を前記第2の無線アクセス方式で着信させる。【選択図】図1
