Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of inconvenience in a state in which a blur correction function is not executed.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device includes, in order to correct an image blur, a drive motor which rotates a driven body having at least one optical element in a direction around a fulcrum shaft orthogonal to an optical axis of the optical element. The drive motor includes: a stator having one of a magnet or a drive coil attached thereto; a first rotor having the other of the magnet and the drive coil attached thereto, positioned couter to the stator, and rotated in a state of being attracted to the stator side by magnet force; a plurality of rolling members which are pressed from the opposite side by the stator and the first rotor, are rotated by rotation of the first rotor, and are revolved around a rotation axis of the first rotor; and a second rotor which holds the plurality of rolling members, and is integrally rotated with the driven body around the rotation axis of the first rotor along with the revolution of the plurality of rolling members. 【課題】 ぶれ補正機能が実行されない状態における不具合の発生を防止する。【解決手段】 像ぶれを補正するために少なくとも一つの光学素子を有する被駆動体を光学素子の光軸に直交する支点軸の軸回り方向へ回動させる駆動モーターを備え、駆動モーターは、マグネット又は駆動コイルの一方が取り付けられたステーターと、ステーターに対向して位置され磁力によりステーター側に吸引された状態で回転されマグネット又は駆動コイルの他方が取り付けられた第1のローターと、ステーターと第1のローターによって反対側から押さえられ第1のローターの回転に伴って自転されると共に第1のローターの回転軸を中心として公転される複数の転動部材と、複数の転動部材を保持し複数の転動部材の公転に伴って第1のローターの回転軸を中心として被駆動体と一体になって回転される第2のローターとを備えた。【選択図】図6
