Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index useful for evaluation of the culture supernatant of a stem cell and the use of it.SOLUTION: As a method for evaluating the culture supernatant of a stem cell, a measuring process is executed for measuring one type or two or more types of elements selected from a group made up of the following elements of the culture supernatant of the stem cell: a first element which is protein having monocyte chemotactic promoting factor-1 (MCP-1) activity; a second element which is protein having out-of-cell domain activity of sialic acid coupling immunoglobulin lectin-9; and a third element which is at least one type of chondroitin sulfuric acid and chondroitin sulfuric acid proteoglycan. Measuring such elements enables evaluation of usability of the stem cell culture supernatant for therapeutic use.
【課題】幹細胞の培養上清の評価に有用な指標及びその利用を提供する。【解決手段】幹細胞の培養上清の評価方法として、幹細胞の培養上清中の以下の成分;単球走化性促進因子−1(MCP−1)活性を有するタンパク質である第1の成分、シアル酸結合イムノグロブリン様レクチン−9の細胞外ドメイン活性を有するタンパク質である第2の成分、及びコンドロイチン硫酸及びコンドロイチン硫酸プロテオグリカンの少なくとも一種である第3の成分からなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の成分を測定する測定工程を実施するようにする。こうした成分の測定により、幹細胞培養上清の治療用途への有用性を評価できる。【選択図】なし |
