PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket material for a lithium ion cell, which is excellent in resistance to whitening caused by molding and resistance to heat sealing.SOLUTION: An organic EL illumination includes: a film-like, sheet-like, or planar light-emitting structure having a light-emitting layer containing a fluorescent organic compound interposed between an anode and a cathode; a film-like, sheet-like, or planar light-transmitting heat insulation sheet 7A disposed on a surface at one end in a thickness direction of the light-emitting structure; a film-like, sheet-like or planar thermally conductive soaking member disposed on a surface at the other end in the film thickness direction of the light-emitting structure; and a film-like, sheet-like or planar light-transmitting protective member disposed on a surface at an opposite side of the heat insulation sheet 7A to the surface opposing to the light-emitting structure.
