Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket material for a lithium ion cell, which is excellent in resistance to whitening caused by molding and resistance to heat sealing.SOLUTION: An organic EL illumination includes: a film-like, sheet-like, or planar light-emitting structure having a light-emitting layer containing a fluorescent organic compound interposed between an anode and a cathode; a film-like, sheet-like, or planar light-transmitting heat insulation sheet 7A disposed on a surface at one end in a thickness direction of the light-emitting structure; a film-like, sheet-like or planar thermally conductive soaking member disposed on a surface at the other end in the film thickness direction of the light-emitting structure; and a film-like, sheet-like or planar light-transmitting protective member disposed on a surface at an opposite side of the heat insulation sheet 7A to the surface opposing to the light-emitting structure. The heat insulation sheet 7A has a plurality of projections 5 on a surface at an opposite side to the surface opposing to the light-emitting structure; and the plurality of projections have a top portion 5a forming a curved surface to be in contact with the protective member, and a side portion 5b forming a curved surface having different curvature from that of the top portion. 【課題】成形白化および耐熱シール性に優れたリチウムイオン電池用外装材を提供する。【解決手段】有機EL照明は、蛍光有機化合物を含有する発光層が陽極および陰極に挟まれてなるフィルム状、シート状、若しくは板状の発光構造体と、発光構造体の厚さ方向の一方の面に設けられたフィルム状、シート状、若しくは板状で光透過性を有する遮熱シート7Aと、発光構造体の厚さ方向の他方の面に設けられたフィルム状、シート状、若しくは板状で伝熱性を有する均熱部材と、遮熱シート7Aにおいて発光構造体に向けられた面と反対側の面に設けられたフィルム状、シート状、若しくは板状で光透過性を有する保護部材とを備え、遮熱シート7Aは、発光構造体に向けられた面と反対側の面に複数の突起5を有し、複数の突起は、保護部材に接する湾曲面の頂部5aと、頂部と曲率が異なる湾曲面の側部5bとを有する。【選択図】図7
