Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device capable of improving measurement accuracy of distance to an object.SOLUTION: A distance measuring device supplies driving current to an LD, has the LD emit light and irradiate an object with the light, receives reflected light from the object, and measures distance to the object. The distance measuring device includes an LD control unit for supplying the LD with driving current and additional current. The LD control unit starts supplying the additional current before starting supplying the driving current to the LD, and controls the current value and supply time of the additional current on the basis of total parasitic capacity C (parasitic capacity of a light source device including the LD and the LD control unit). This allows measurement accuracy of distance to the object to be improved.
【課題】対象物までの距離の測定精度を向上できる距離測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 距離測定装置は、LDに駆動電流を供給し前記LDを発光させて対象物に光を照射し、該対象物からの反射光を受光して前記対象物までの距離を測定する距離測定装置であり、LDに駆動電流及び付加電流を供給するLD制御部を備え、該LD制御部は、LDに駆動電流の供給を開始する前に付加電流の供給を開始し、付加電流の電流値及び供給時間を、総寄生容量C(LD及びLD制御部を含む光源装置の寄生容量)に基づいて制御する。この場合、対象物までの距離の測定精度を向上できる。【選択図】図4 |
