PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap type writing implement including a pressurizing mechanism capable of favorably writing on a paper surface and an impermeable surface by mounting a cap to a barrel rear end part.SOLUTION: In a cap type writing implement, a cap has a cap body in which at least parts other than an opening end are closed. The cap type writing implement includes a pressurizing mechanism in which, when mounting of the cap body to a barrel rear end part is started, communication occurs via a communication hole for communicating inside and outside of a barrel provided at the barrel rear end part, a compression body comes into contact with the barrel rear end part, a space of the barrel rear end part and inside the compression body is sealed, and by further moving the cap body to a tip part direction of the barrel, the compression body deforms, the space inside the barrel and the compression body at the rear side of aqueous ink composition for a writing implement is compressed, and a pressure is applied to the rear end of aqueous ink composition for a writing implement. 【課題】キャップを軸筒後端部に装着することによって、紙面及び非浸透面にも良好に筆記可能な加圧機構を具備したキャップ式筆記具を提供する。【解決手段】キャップ式筆記具であって、前記キャップが、少なくとも開口端以外を閉鎖したキャップ本体を有し、前記キャップ本体の軸筒後端部への装着を開始すると、前記軸筒後端部に設けた前記軸筒の内外を連通する連通孔を介して連通、且つ前記軸筒後端部に前記圧縮体が当接し、前記軸筒後端部と圧縮体内の空間を密閉し、さらに前記キャップ本体を前記軸筒の先端部方向に移動することで、前記圧縮体が変形し、前記筆記具用水性インキ組成物の後方の軸筒内及び前記圧縮体の空間を圧縮し、前記筆記具用水性インキ組成物の後端に圧力を加える前記加圧機構を具備したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
