The support member 22 supports the face material 20 such as a glass panel and a wall surface panel. The buffer member 24 is provided between the face material 20 and the support member 22. The piezoelectric film 26 has a power generation function and is provided on a surface of the buffer member 24. 【課題】圧電素子を用いた発電装置の発電効率を改善する。【解決手段】圧電素子を利用した発電装置２が提供される。発電装置２は、面材２０、支持部材２２、緩衝部材２４、圧電膜２６を備える。支持部材２２は、ガラスパネルや壁面パネルなどの面材２０を支持する。緩衝部材２４は、面材２０と支持部材２２の間に設けられる。圧電膜２６は、発電機能を有し、緩衝部材２４の表面に設けられる。【選択図】図３
