Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh water generation system which conducts operation and control by utilizing excess electric power of generated electric power effectively.SOLUTION: When excess electric power 22 of electric power generated by a natural energy generator 20 is small, only a brackish water RO apparatus 14 is operated, and low-salinity product water is generated from intermediate water stored in intermediate tanks 12 and 13 and stored in a product water tank 14c. When excess electric power 22 is moderate, only a salt water RO apparatus 11a is driven, and intermediate water of a relatively low salinity is generated from high-salinity raw water in a raw water tank 16 and stored in the intermediate tanks 12 and 13. When excess electric power 22 is large, the brackish water RO apparatus 14 and the salt water RO apparatus 11a are both operated, and product water is generated from intermediate water stored in the intermediate tanks 12 and 13 while intermediate water is stored in the intermediate tanks 12 and 13 and stored in the product water tank 14c. A controller 15 carries out operation switching control between the brackish water RO apparatus 14 and the salt water RO apparatus 11a according to the variation of excess electric power.
【課題】発電電力の余剰電力を有効に利用して運転制御を行う造水システムを提供する。【解決手段】自然エネルギー発電機20による発電電力の余剰電力22が小さいときは、汽水RO装置14のみを運転して、中間タンク12,13に貯留された中間水から低塩分濃度の生産水を生成して生産水タンク14cに貯留する。また、余剰電力22が中ぐらいのときは、塩水RO装置11aのみを駆動して、原水タンク16の高塩分濃度の原水から、比較的塩分濃度の低い中間水を生成して中間タンク12,13に貯留する。さらに、余剰電力22が大きいときは、汽水RO装置14と塩水RO装置11aの両方を運転して、中間水を中間タンク12,13に貯留させながら、中間タンク12,13に貯留された中間水から生産水を生成して生産水タンク14cに貯留する。制御装置15が、余剰電力の変動に応じて、汽水RO装置14と塩水RO装置11aとの運転切り替え制御は行う。【選択図】図3 |
