Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line carrier communication apparatus capable of performing excellent communication by preventing resonance from being generated by connecting a capacitive load, and a power system 20 with a communication function including the same.SOLUTION: A PLC modem 22 performs communication via a lead-in power line 12 including an inductance component and a branch power line 13 to which a capacitive load 31 is connected. The PLC modem 22 includes a superposing/separating part 23 which is connected to the branch power line 13 and by which a multicarrier signal of a modulation part 261 is superposed on commercial power and a multicarrier communication signal via the lead-in power line 13 and the branch power line 12 is separated from commercial power and supplied to a demodulation part 262. Further, the PLC modem 22 includes a resistive load 27 which is connected to the branch power line 13 and parallel with the capacitive load 31. 【課題】容量性負荷が接続されることにより発生する共振を抑制し、良好な通信を可能とする電力搬送通信装置及びこれを備えた通信機能付電力系20を提供する。【解決手段】PLCモデム22は、インダクタンス成分を有する引込線電力線路12と容量性負荷31が接続される分岐線電力線路13を介して通信する。PLCモデム22は、分岐線電力線路13に接続され、変調部261のマルチキャリア通信信号を商用電力に重畳し、引込線電力線路13と分岐線電力線路12を経たマルチキャリア通信信号を商用電力から分離して復調部262へ供給する重畳分離部23を備える。更にPLCモデム22は、分岐線電力線路12に接続され、容量性負荷31と並列な抵抗性負荷27を備える。【選択図】図1
