Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro wave processor capable of ensuring characteristics of surface wave path by correcting characteristic changes in surface wave path due to an object to be heated placed therein by correcting influences of the object to thereby obtain desired browning on the surface of the object.SOLUTION: The micro wave processor includes metal plates 3 each having a length different from each other in a part 2b of a periodic structure 2 in the vicinity of an object to be heated 7 placed therein to adjust the impedance. With this, characteristic changes of surface wave path due to the influence of the object to be heated 7 are corrected and the micro wave propagates in a surface wave mode. 【課題】被加熱物の影響を補正し、被加熱物を設置することによる表面波線路の特性変化を補正して、表面波線路の特性を確保することで、所望の状態に焦げ目付ができるマイクロ波発処理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】被加熱物7が置かれた近傍の周期構造体2の一部分2bの金属製板3の突出長さを違えておくことで、インピーダンスを調整して、被加熱物7の影響による表面波線路の特性変化を補正することにより、表面波モードでの伝播を維持することができる。【選択図】図3
